Qualifications & Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.Minimum 20 years of practical experience in civil works, including infrastructure and utilities.Experience in leading the project commercially.At least 10 years in a similar project management role delivering civil & infrastructure or construction projects.Experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East preferred.Experience in leading a large teamProven record managing subcontractors and multinational teams.Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
